These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Altirak platform and services provided by Altirak Ltd. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing, browsing, or using the Altirak platform and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Altirak Ltd.
Altirak Ltd is a company registered in Ireland with registration number 582947 and VAT number IE7K39542F. Our registered office is at 146 Capel Street, Waterford, X03 7029, Ireland. We provide enterprise SaaS platform solutions and related services.

To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify Altirak of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
Fees for our services are as specified in your service agreement or on our website. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in advance according to the billing cycle specified in your service plan. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to our services.
The Altirak platform, including all software, content, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is owned by Altirak Ltd or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to our platform, but grant us the necessary rights to provide our services to you.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We strive to maintain high availability of our services and aim for 99.9% uptime as specified in our Service Level Agreement. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We provide technical support during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Irish time) and emergency support for enterprise customers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altirak Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altirak Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate these Terms and your access to our services at any time with thirty (30) days' written notice. We may immediately suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modifications, you must stop using our services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland for the resolution of any disputes.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government actions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Altirak Ltd regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
